'Ongoing repayable' assistance is where repayable assistance consists of multiple repayable transfers to a household that occur over a specific length of time. In this context, 'ongoing' does not refer to a loan for which monies remain outstanding, but refers to whether the initial assistance consisted of one or multiple transfers to a household. |
