Collection and usage attributes | |
Collection methods: | This item should be recorded at the time of commencing the placement. If a child has more than one type of order in effect, the order recorded should be the one closest to the top of the list. For example, if a child is on 'another type' of order and a care and protection order, then the child should be recorded as being on a care and protection order. Young people on juvenile justice orders only should be recorded as being on another type of order, and the data item 'Juvenile justice/correction order' must be completed. |

Comments: | This is important to determine what type of legal order the child is on at commencement of a placement. |
