Includes decisions made during the financial year following a re-accreditation site audit or a review audit activity. The decisions are as in effect at 30 June fo the financial year in question. Previous versions of this indicator specification have referred to the proportion of residential aged care services that are 3 or more year re-accredited, however from July 2019 3-year re-accreditation has been replaced by compliance against the Aged Care Quality Standards. |

Comments:![]() | Most recent data available for the 2021 National Healthcare Agreement performance reporting: 2019–20. From 1 July 2019, the Aged Care Quality Standards (the Standards) introduced a single set of quality standards for the aged care sector. The eight Standards are comprised of 42 Standards requirements. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission conducts compliance monitoring and performance assessments against these Standards. Site audits and review audits will include an assessment of the facility against all 42 Standards requirements while an assessment contact can cover a subset of those 42 Standards requirements. Non-compliance in this context indicates that the facility:
