Computation description: | This output measure is a proxy. It only captures the pathways into social housing for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness who apply through the social housing system and does not include people who were assisted to secure and sustain private or other rental tenancies. It is determined by the following assumptions:
Greatest need is used as a proxy for homelessness or risk of homelessness. Households in ‘greatest need’ are those at the time of allocation were subject to one or more of the following circumstances:
