Comments: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) encompasses a number of conditions which obstruct airflow to the lungs, and individual diseases are classified as COPD or not by Patient Information Retrieval (PIRS) systems. The definition of a regular client can vary depending on the context and/or collection in which the term is being applied, but generally involves a minimum number of visits to an organisation or agency or uses of a facility, occurring over a specific period of time. For example, in the primary health care context a regular client may be someone who has visited a particular primary health care provider 3 or more times in the last 2 years. |
