Collection methods: | This data element is to be interchanged in its abbreviated format; standard abbreviations for some common English language Name Titles are listed at Appendix A of Standards Australia AS 4590—2006 Interchange of client information. Mixed case should be used (rather than upper case only). The Name title for Master should only be used for persons less than 15 years of age. Name titles for Doctor and Professor should only be applicable to persons of greater than 20 years of age. |
